Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Benshaw-Applied-Motor-Control RX2E parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Bimba products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bently-Nevada parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Bosch product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bimba such as the PT196180 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 33085101000030500005 manufactured by Bently-Nevada and we are pleased to be able to service most Bently-Nevada systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 081WV06P1V1012WS02400D51 by Manufacturer Bosch as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Bl-Super Brand 20BM330MXPT4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Bmi such as 82001856 equipment made by Bmi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bmi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bmi" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available S4000 made by Borri as well as the popular CBB420 original spares produced by Bettis

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ACP by Berges and 82001856 spares by Bmi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 0A8 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bernard-Controls.
